Yesterday was the 3de time that Ackermans Carletonville could not issue me a gift voucher. After 30 minutes (like before) I was told that the gift voucher system is not working today. I cannot believe that everytime I want to purchase a gift voucher, that the system is not working! All 3 times was on different occations. I left the rest of my purchases, and as before I went to Jet.

I would just like to compliment your staff at your Bethlehem branch. On the 25th of Aug, I had a very rough day shopping with my 3 children, who do not know how to behave in a store. Firstly, I left my debit card at a previous store, and with this commosion left one of the parcels on the counter. When I got home, I realised what happened. Phoned your branch, and my husband went to pick it up.
Therefore, please tell them they are GREAT! Just moved from Johies, we do feel and see a huge difference! Thanks again to all of you in Bethlehem.

I am a pupil attending St. Michael’s School for Girl’s in Bloemfontein. Our schools 1st Team Hockey has been offered an opportunity to go on an overseas European Tour during April 2010 to increase the level of our Hockey. I felt very bad and nearly cried, it was very painful in my heart when I realized that I am the best customer at Ackerman’s since my child was born till now he is 3 years old.
