How to use the simply slim products:

  1. 1 Capsule is to be taken early in the day after breakfast
  2. Drink lots of water every day, a minimum of 2.5 to 3 liters of water per day
  3. Do not skip any meals… continue to eat three healthy meals per day
  4. Include fibre as part of your diet to prevent constipation
  5. You will detox in the first couple of days which is a good thing!
  6. You need to break for one week after six weeks of using the product… continue drinking lots of water over the off week

    Ek gebruik Simply Slim nou so 2 maande. Drink ook baie water, maar ek het agter gekom dat ek tog my dieet moes aanpas. Niks verloor in 1e 3 weke. Soms kroek ek tog, soos vandag wat ek lus was vir Doritos en dit geeet het. More is ek seker weer ‘n kilo op, maar dan stoei ons maar weer deur die week. Ek kan nie regtig se of dit die pille is, die dieet of albei wat werk nie. Ek oefen absoluut niks, want ek het regtig nie tyd nie. Ek het geen newe effekte ervaar nie. ‘n Kollega se wel dat sy ‘n vel uitslag gekry het van Simply Slim. Ek weet nie of dit waar is nie. Byt net vas. Ek dink tog ‘n mens moet kyk wat mens eet, al se die konsultante dis nie nodig om die dieet aan te pas nie. En die ander ding is, ons het jare geneem om al die spekkies bymekaar te maak – ons gaan dit nie binne 3 maande weer afskud nie. Wees net geduldig. Sodra jy begin kilo’s afgooi sal jy wil volhou met wat jy ook al doen. Moet net niks doen wat jou gesondheid kan benadeel nie. Groenis.
