As we recover from the festive season madness, we re-asses our financial situation, and again draft those good old new years’ resolutions. • we will do the required analysis on all properties on auction,
• determining amongst others,
• current market value,
• estimate bid,
• and resell value.
This being said I would like to mention that the perception of any auction property is a good buy is wrong.
• We will then attend the auction, attempting to purchase one of the properties we have short listed.
• After a successful bid our brilliant panel of marketers and estate agents will immediately start marketing this property to sell within a short period of time.
• Because we will purchase the property below market value, and resell the same property still below market value, these properties are sold very quickly, and mostly at a consider-able profit to the investor.
• The property will then be transferred from the Sheriff to you to the new purchaser simultaneously, and only 1 set of guarantees will be required…..the new purchasers.

Depending on the purchase price and the resell price you should make on average a profit of between R50, 000 and R200, 000 per property (Over and above the initial deposit).
Please bear in mind although we finalise the transaction as quickly as possible, there may be delays. More than 50% of properties on the auction list are cancelled 30 minutes before the auctions starts, and the bidding prices may go higher than what we feel is profitable. Thus a successful bid may take anything between 1 to 4 weeks. Thereafter the selling on, transfer and registration process may take another 2 – 3 months.
We currently specialize in auctions in the Pretoria area, but we do however also bid in all other areas, and regions.
