i have a complaint about your edgars store in brits. i phoned today at 16h00 to enquire about xxxl jockey panties for ladies, and after trying 4 times i still got no response whether a yes or a no. just please hold and transferred to god knows who, because nobody picks up the phone on the transfers.
im not a racist but for heavens sake can someone do something about the telephone mannerisms and the sales teqniques are really bad.
till now i still dont know if there is stock and as i have to drive at least 40 km to get there, id wanted to know before driving in the heat. but of course no one takes the time to assist the client on the phone, too busy munching and chatting with co workers.
i live in hartbeespoortdam and there is no edgars there, so help me, what do i do. your firm is the only one with decent supporting panties for larger ladies.

I am very dissappointed in the Penny Coolen range. It is so hot in SA but nearly all her summer blouses has 3/4 sleeves the sizes are not the same I take a size 24 bought 2 size 24,s but the 3rd blouse size 24 was way smaller than the others and had to buy a size 28.
There is no blouse with soft and cool material in the bigger sizes.

Edgars size up , i want to know what is this size up that edgars is fooling the big people, this is an excuse to just keep the big guys mouths shut , according to edgars we dont wear shorts size 46 , we dont wear size 14 shoes , we dont wear size 4xl shirts because they dont keep anything in stock , they sometimes keep some old fashioned stuff that they got from a china man , so by the way. they got it as a lucky packet , why discriminate against us?
