I own a Townhouse at 28 Stanford Gardens, Oriel, Bedfordview (near Bedford centre and Eastgate shopping centre).
I am selling the townhouse and I urgently need the Bath fixed, preferably replaced with a new plain bath.

Please please can you go to the townhouse, give me a quote, if the quote is reasonable, you can repair or replace immediately. I will pay cash.

I now live in Australia, but I will be in JHB from 24 – 26 January (next week).
