I have a fax number list of about 760 SA High Schools and 400 Primary Schools (ex-Model C and Independent schools). At the moment I am sending faxes two or three times a year to these numbers. Faxes are one or two pages long. This is currently done manually, taking about 35 hours.
Do you have a facility whereby I could give you my list and the page to be faxed?
If so, please let me know your rates and the format you need the fax numbers to be in. I assume I would pay up front for the service.
Is there any sort of discount for allowing you to add my list to your categories, as I notice you have very few schools on your database?
Dr Holman, we currently have just under 6,000 schools nationally on our database. To answer your question, yes we do carry out bradcasting for clients that have their own database – in certain instances where the information is sensitive we are happy to sign Non Discoure Agreements. Numbers can be submitted in excel, csv or text file format. The pricing structure is: R1 per fax between 2,500 and 5,000 faxes, R0.90 per fax between 5,000 and 10,000, and R0.75 over 10,000.
