You people need to dry your eyes, and learn to spell.
KFC is not listening to your comments – they really do not care.
If you want change, start with yourself. Don’t buy from KFC. Yes, it’s just that simple.
If you want to complain, speak directly with the branch manager, and then complain on Hellopeter, like regular folks.

Really, the fact that someone needs to tell you this..
Hopefully these words will penetrate your skulls. Lol.

Me, my boyfriend and a friend went to KFC Benoni Northmead 25 April about 9.30 am and bought kfc apon ariving at home we where greeted by 3 orders of stale cold chips after putting the chips aside we continued with our meal just to beonce again greeted by stomach cramps and nausea.Wish kfc would employ staff that werent to lazy to just prepare fresh food.BUT HEY MANAGEMENT WILL NEVER SUFFER FROM THIS ISSUE AND THATS WHY THIS ISSUE WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BE BRUSHED ASIDE AND LOOKED OVER.THEY WERE NOT THE ONES SUFFERING FROM THE CRAMPS AND NAUSEA NORE WAS IT THEIR MONEY THAT WAS WASTED SO AS A CUSTOMER THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS….Once again as the saying goes when the cats away the mice will play!! I would just like to thank the “MANAGERS” again for reminding me why we pay people for the great and super services we recieve, and giving jobs to people that realy want and need them……….pull your socks up!! remember no clients no money!!!!! Try living up to your adverts, promises and sloganes.

I am now gatvol of the KFC Ballito Branch. Just got home and the mash & gravy tub was only half full. A while ago the coke was missing from my box meal. Further back I had to eat the pap without gravy. They are always leaving something out of the paid for order … and when you get home to relax and eat they just cause your blood to boil. My advice is to not just walk away with the packet…. make them unpack it and check each item yourself.

I went to Kfc by Florida on the 26 March 2011 and stop thru the drive thru and find that the queue where long and just desided to wait, when i arrive to order all went well, i order 3 x box meals with burgers and payed, when i arrive to collect they told me to wait 10 min because the order are not ready. So i wait and wait, after a few minutes they come with order and went HOME. When i arrived at home there where no burgers in the box meals. I went all the way back to kfc and told them about there shit service and i also told them it is not the first time we had such service. I am very disapointed in a company so big and they cant delivered. Eveytime i go to kfc in florida i have a problem. PLEASE make sure that the people who work there have i little bit pride in there work.
