    I bought long length jeans at Boksburg which I was very happy to find. Unfortunately 2 did not fit and I had to try and exchange them, going to Alberton on Monday did not find any stock there and also realised the slip was no longer in the bag. The one jean was marked incorrectly from Mr Price -the tag said 34 and the inside was a 32. Alberton refused to credit even the incorrectly marked one. I feel the staff should be more comitted to customer service, we are the people paying their salaries. Please can the staff be more helpfull maybe try and source for stock at other branches or from their suppliers especially in cases like long lenght garments for the tall people- this would be much appreciated.
