   Superlift 500-1 garage door opener: Due to lost ‘Nova’ remotes unit does not want to encode replacement remotes as per instructions on door opener. Please advise agents in Port Elizabeth to rectify problem.

   Greetings
   PLEASE HELP ME I BOUGHT 2 SINGLE METAL GARAGE DOORS(WHITE COLOUR)AND THE BLUE PLASTIC COVER WAS BURNT BY THE SUN ON TO THE DOORS.IT IS DIFFICULT TO REMOVE IT ACTUAL IT HAS STICK TO THE DOORS LIKE A PAINT AND THE DOORS APPEARANCE IS NO LONGER ATTRACTIVE ‘CAUSE IT HAS CRACKS OF WHITE/BLUE COLOUR.I BOUGHT THE FROM ONE OF YOUR DEALERS-MPUMALANGA AND THEY CANNOT HELP ME.WHAT MUST I DO TO BRING BACK THAT LOOKABLE COLOUR.

   I have the SD01 Superlift system that has seemingly packed up today. When activated (remote or manually on the unit) the motor only does a couple of turns in one direction, stops and then does the same amount of turns in the opposite direction. (Only enough to open/close the door about 10%)

   Any advice?

   I have two RDO motors in my garage doors. I had a lighting strike close to the house and this has caused a resistor to burn out. The doors still open as usual exept that the batteries do not charge. I charge the batteries externally and then the doors work as normal for a day then I charge again. I have now fitted a new board to the one door control panel and now the door opens halfway and then closses by itself. Also the remotes dont work on the new board even though I have tried to reprogram as per your manual. Coauld the new board be faulty. Please advise

   Hi I have 2 RD0-1 lift roll up doors at my house but I can’t get them to open with the remote. The manual button on the box does open and close them but I need instructions on how to program the remote or link the remote to the box.
