i was exstremely disappointed in the non exsistant service ,disgusting food and zero hospitality. i was charged 10%service charge when i had to collect my own drinks, i was told i had to leave the venue by 415pm because the black staff have to catch a taxi and once all my friends and family had left i tried to discuss my problems with the manager who has the people skills of a traffic light who in the midst of our conversation turned his back on me and walked away flapping his arms.i have never being so miss treated anywhere in my life and would strongly advise every one to avoid this place which is happy to take your money,comfortable to provide no hospitality ,no service and arrogant,uneducatedand insolent management we live in a day and age where we are spoilt by choice and the treament i recieved at three oaks will catch up with them .i hope the owner is aware of what goes on behind his back.
