Dr Michiel Kritzinger, a world renowned ophthalmic surgeon, was the brain child of Visionmed Eye Laser Clinict. After his tragic death, his passion and dedication was continued by Dr M Muller who continued his practice. His nephew Dr. Daniel J Kritzinger and Dr. Hein van Wyk a friend of the family joined the surgical team at Visiomed to honor the passion and cement the goals of Dr Michiel S Kritzinger.

The left and right eye are both unique and attention to detail is part of the Visiomed success. The nomograms are calculated to each eye and the laser is then calibrated to ensure precision. A nomogram is a unique group of detailed settings that is programmed into the laser for each patient.
