    RE:CHALLENGES RELATING TO MERCEDES BENZ CAR I BOUGHT FROM HYUNDAI TZANEEN WITH A MISMATCHING ENGINE INSIDE IT.

    i have bought a mercedes benz E200 Kompressor car at hyundai tzaneen on the 25 march 2009,the car was a 2nd hand having 42000 km,on the 10th july i tookthe car to merkel motors in tzaneen,while working on the car they discovered some serious anormalies that related to the car, that the engine they found inside the car did not correspond with the liscence disk, they then summoned me to their workshop,on arrivalthey showed me that egine which indeed i saw did not correlate with the registration document,following that i then rushed to westbank branch in tzaneen,gave the consultant this information unfortunately he said there is nothing he couls do to assist me.
    i then went backtothe dealer who sold me the car hyndai tzaneen,the principal dealer known as Erol Konig was approached all hesaid that he cannot take the car back for it is a bank car , i insisted but it could not help, untill we agred that he will investigate the problem and revert back tome on monday which he did not do, followed him with failure untill on friday the 17th july 2009 i went back to him i find that he has gathered proof that indeed the engine in my car is not the right engine,it is for a certain mmc motors of randburg,which shows on mercedes records that it was for a c230 kompressor which had already exceded the waaranty of 120 000 kilometers,whilst my car’s kilometre reading stands at 46 660km,in summary the dealer cheated me by giving me a car that used another car’s engine without following correct legal processes.currently in my car there is a wrong engine, which reads:27194830008553 and investigation revealed that this engine is for a car of chasis number:wdb2037402A392343, formerly of a certain mrs.xaba of box 192 manzini,of postal code3100.the car in my possession’s chasis number is:wdb2110422A917113 with its engine number that should read as:2719413714352.
    the solution to this problem is that the dealer should take back the car and refund you the money you have paid him on my behalf for the car is not proceduraly registreredand it flored for it had another car’s engine inside it and merceds benz did not find anything that justify the state at which it is now, hence thy cannot work on it for procedural defects emnating from the wrong engine being inside my car,based on this please asist me to get the dealer to take his car back and they (dealer refund your money in full also give my 3 instalments including the different of my tradein, for me this tanatmount to serious corrupt practices by this dealer.which needs to be adressed as a matter of urgency.

    Kindly come to my rescue as I paid my last installment on my Almera 1.6 luxury in May and was only then given to understand that the car had a balloon amount that I have to settle, something the sales man at Nissan Kimberley didn’t explain to me when the purchase was effected obviously taking advantage of my ignorance to secure the sale.
    Having said that I wish to apply for refinancing to settle the outstanding balloon amount.

  10. i am disgusted and pretty frustrated. i aqm a client of FNB and a shareholder of First Rand. i though if i do business ith you guys i am improving the prospects of a company i hold shares in. however to my dismsay i have been seeking a way to finance a vehicle through you guys to my dismay this has not been possible not because you people find me not suitable but simply because it is not possible to get through you unless i find a car dealer who work ith you guys or to go and quee at FNB branch both options are not attractive to me i am now at a stage where i will use competition simply because you are not accesible. this is worrying to me as i wonder how many other potential or previous customers are finding themselves in the same situation as i.come on guys we must be available to customers which is not the case at the moment.

  11. Ek het ‘n navrae gedoen by Wesbank hoof kantoor gedoen om die termyn/ kontrak te verleng, wat tot gevolg sal hê dat ek aansienlik minder in paaiemente sal betaal. Tot vandag toe het ek nog niks van u gehoor nie.

  12. I have i motor vehicle financed by wesbank which was written off 0n the 7th of feb 2010. I have liased with the insurance at the same time with wesbank since then. on the 4th of march the insurance settle the account with R16000 shortfall which i was insured for with Hollard insurance. up to date im still paying the instalments of the car that was written off for the past 2 months and it makes it difficult for me to get another car as i have just received an sms from wesbank, your first sms in two months indicating that the process will still take 20 working days( almost a month if not another two months). This has always left too much frustration on my side. please help as i urgently need a car, as my businesses are suffering as a result of this kind of delays from you side.
