Aikido is a Japanese martial art popularized by Steven Seagal in the movies. The soft and flowing movements of Aikido can be used for self defence and fitness training.
Cornel Human has been studying aikido for 15 years. With a passion for teaching both adults and children, his goal is to make it possible for everybody to learn aikido. The only requirements are the desire to learn and the dedication to improve and practise the aikido movements and philosophy.
